Lovely location/building, wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Location and setting is beautiful. Staff were really polite and helpful
Disliked: Lighting in the room was awful, very dim and only place to do hair and make up was the bathroom. Pillows were even worse, made for 2 very bad nights and very little sleep. No information in the room regarding the restaurant, ie breakfast times/cost, dinner times/cost/menu. No information about WiFi or the surrounding areas.And the additional cost of parking is a little steep when you’re already paying a premium to stay at a nice hotel.

Perfect location for a visit...

Liked: Room was very comfortable, clean and plenty of amenities eg. toiletries, tea/coffee and even bottled water was provided
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Lovely hotel. Beds really comfortable.
Disliked: Toiletries need to be moved down as when you are in the bath they cannot be reached and you have to keep standing up. If you have slight mobility issues this is a problem.
