Amazing value for the quality of my stay. The staff were friendly, the hotel is modern and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was great. I had a very restful stay, although the air conditioning unit started to rattle at 5am. Despite this, I would stay again.

Have stayed in Best Western hotels before, but this one did not come up to standard.

Liked: Nice friendly staff - they did try to help resolve things.
Disliked: Cooling system in room did not work. Room temperature was stuck at 26 degrees day and night. On the 3rd floor but you could still smell smoke from people smoking outside.

Could not find any faults at all. Staff were friendly; everything we could possibly need in the room was catered for. Would definitely visit again. Thank you.

Nice hotel but bring your...

Liked: Room was clean and plenty of room for the three of us. Bathroom was well equipped. Reception staff were friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The windows, walls and doors appear to be paper thin. Even though the windows were shut we could hear every vehicle going past hitting some kind of loose drain cover in the road which I appreciate isn’t the hotel’s fault but if the windows were better we wouldn’t hear it. I could even hear people talking outside when they walked past the hotel. I could also clearly hear the people in the room next to ours. The hairdryer bag was covered in the previous occupant’s hair which put me off using it. Could have done with a couple of bottles of water in the room.

Disliked: No larger family rooms for family’s of 5 + and swimming pool was quite dirty

Liked: Location, decor, cleanliness, great breakfast, staff in restaurant really attentive.
Disliked: Had to ask for enough towels for each person, rang reception and pool several times with no joy as you need to have a booking.

Disliked: Sofa bed not really a sofa - too small for a teenager.
