Amazing value for the quality of my stay. The staff were friendly, the hotel is modern and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was great. I had a very restful stay, although the air conditioning unit started to rattle at 5am. Despite this, I would stay again.

Have stayed in Best Western hotels before, but this one did not come up to standard.

Liked: Nice friendly staff - they did try to help resolve things.
Disliked: Cooling system in room did not work. Room temperature was stuck at 26 degrees day and night. On the 3rd floor but you could still smell smoke from people smoking outside.

Could not find any faults at all. Staff were friendly; everything we could possibly need in the room was catered for. Would definitely visit again. Thank you.

Liked: Rooms were clean tidy and modern, pool was a bonus.
Disliked: Information on pool and gym could have been clearer. I had to locate staff to get towels etc.

Disliked: non availabilty of food, fairly slow servic3 considering there was hardly anyone in the resaurant
