They gave our room to someone else. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and they were smoking and partying in it. No ice in ice machine. Charged for continental breakfast. Poor all the way around. We will never stay there again.

Very good

Disliked: I dont feel i should pay to park my car when I pay $160 a night. A huge parking lot that was empty.

Location is good for Yacht...

Disliked: I paid for breakfast using booking.com, the front staff that I was working with did not understand that so I had to show them my booking confirmation to prove that I did. Breakfast was okay, the bathroom facilities in the pool area was broken (wouldn't flush), the room had very loose outlets, my chargers wouldn't stay in, my room keys wouldn't work at all, I was given a temporary one, and that one didn't even allow me to go to the gym. I also had to pay for parking ($10 per day) even though it was on the property and there were plenty of parking spots available. All in all it was an expensive stay and definitely not worth the money I set aside for it.

It was nice, but we...

Liked: Appearance of the room.
Disliked: Not everyone is technologically advanced, and having to scan everything was frustrating. Hotels should include parking, otherwise the cost of it should be stated when you book it. Also, breakfast should have been included.

Liked: Friendly staff, very clean
Disliked: Our room was hot and had a musty swampy smell. We set the thermostat at 65 and the lowest it got was 75. The plug ins under the lamp on the left bedside table did not work.
