They gave our room to someone else. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and they were smoking and partying in it. No ice in ice machine. Charged for continental breakfast. Poor all the way around. We will never stay there again.

Disliked: 3rd shift creep won't let you check in early after we called multiple times to arrange. He was the young stuck up kid who let me and my wife sit in the lobby for another 4 hours. It was exceptionally slow. He should be let go and continue to get get away and stay from any customer service jobs.
