Disliked: For some reason there was no hot water for the shower or bath, it barely got warm. But the sink had scalding hot water....

Disliked: The receptionist responsible for our checkout was completely lost and unprepared for the situation. It was necessary call the manager that was excellent.The breakfast was not included and for the price, was with VERY FEW and not good options.

Disliked: A $24per nite additional parking fee was never disclosed either on the website when reservation was made or at the time of check in. Was not disclosed until check out when reviewing the bill Not good and deceptive

Poor customer service! Avoid this...

Disliked: Arrived at 2 am after running into multiple accidents/traffic. No parking available and we asked the front desk attendant where we should park. She told us to park in the gated lot across the street. No directions, no mention of the gate code or where to input it. After multiple failed attempts in the dark, we asked for help and she rudely just pointed across the street again. We were tired, frustrated and angry at this point and just wanted help and told her so. She told us she felt uncomfortable with us and canceled our room, leaving us with no place to stay after driving for almost 11 hours. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Liked: This property, according to the location's rules, charges, currently $25 per day for parking.
Disliked: One bed in the room was excellent in comfort, while the other was extremely firm and so I was not able to relax on it.

Liked: The Staff was great, room was clean. Breakfast was really good and convenient.
Disliked: The shower drain was clogged.
