Liked: The hotel was clean and modern but staff are rude and if there’s any problems will not want to help, have stayed at these branches all over many times and never had any problems but wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.
Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel we had a broken bed/mattress, when approaching management about this, the management was very uninterested and rude. This hotel has major management issues. We was moved rooms eventually after alot of back and forth but did not know so when entering our old room the broken bed/mattress had once again been covered and hidden for the next family, this mattress/bed was completely broken and unable to sleep on. This is unacceptable.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice and plentiful. Car park was well light , staff were friendly.
Disliked: Room was a bit cold, could done with thicker duvets and a blanket.

Liked: The bed was amazing, and the room was massive. There was also lots of shampoo and conditioner which was fab.

Liked: Breakfast was very disappointing, options limited for the price.All food lukewarm ,limited vegetarian options.Veggie sausages came to our table very late after everyone was finished. Very busy would think food would be checked on and replaced quicker.Not worth the amount of paid .
Disliked: This is the second time at this hotel.First time shower did not work and no staff to fix this.Similar experience this time same floor level two doors away room ok but not worth the monies paid.Shower dripped non stop again no one to repair.I would guess nothing has been done with the plumbing since last year.
