Disliked: The staff didn’t seem to have a clue to what they were doing. They charged me for parking when they said it was free. Then charged me a £50 holders fee that they never told me about because I paid cash. They said I would receive it back and only got £32 back. They didn’t tell me breakfast was included with the room until I checked out so I quickly had breakfast and then they decided to charged me for it hence the why i was only refunded £32 even though it was included with the room

Liked: The atmosphere, surroundings and everything about the hotel was absolutely amazing. We only had breakfast here but that was great value for money. It was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived and I will definitely look forward to staying again in the future.

Good hotel but careful with...

Disliked: Problem with the credit card that was used fraudulently during the night by the hotel with several attempts of various amounts, after the payment of the stay was made at check-in which led to the cancellation of the card. During the stay I tried to talk to the manager who was never available to clarify me about what happened.

Liked: The look of the hotel was neat and appealing.
Disliked: The WiFi would not work when on level one. The bar had limited options of soft drinks. When asked for an extra blanket, nothing was provided for us. We were also charged twice and more than the price we agreed on at the time of arrival and payment.
