Liked: My recent experience at the DoubleTree Hilton did not align with my expectations of a premier establishment, and I was somewhat underwhelmed by the overall aesthetic.
Disliked: Some of the floors looked old. When you looked at the walls, they looked old as well. My room had the fragrance of whoever stayed before; the cologne was strong, and it smelled like the cologne was on the duvet.

Liked: I never got a chance and booking.com or your affiliat Ed networks was not available. For someone to come to an unknown, this should be a better option and standards.
Disliked: I came to a place to reserve a room. I was rejected after being confirmed and rejected.

Liked: Was told my room was cancelled and card was still Attempted to be charged. Staff was not helpful they denied us any service due to cancellation that was never cancelled.
