Disliked: Unclean rooms. Not updated. Literally used to be an office building but now a hotel.

Decent

Liked: The hotel could use some refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. The heated swimming pool and large hot tub were fantastic.The restaurant was just simply OK, but had short hours (until 9 pm).We had cash stolen from our bag and the hotel didn't accept responsibility. We also forgot a couple of items in a drawer, and even though we complained to the staff that we had cash stolen, they charged us to mail us the items, they didn't offer to mail them free as a curtesy.
Disliked: Later restaurant hours.Accepting responsibility for stolen cash from our wallet inside a bag, inside the closed closet.Courtesy mailing our left-behind items.More updated bathrooms. The body lotion ran out in the dispenser and was not replenished.Better Towels.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable, staff very friendly
Disliked: No towels at the pool. Pool very dirty with white slime on top of the water. Shower gel bottle empty in shower. Water was shut off almost 2hrs before check out.

Disliked: The one thing I didn't like was paying to park my car....we had to stay closer to a dr.s appointment in sonoma and we are staying again today for my wifes surgery..after today we will have more time to look for places that don't charge for parking it's ridiculous
