Location and adjacent restaurants were blocked off so you had to go around the block.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Entrance and exits to the street was a challenge.

Satisfied

Disliked: We were charged $2 for a bottle of water that was in our room, but according to the tag around the neck it was for Diamond, Gold, or Silver members. That's wrong on so many levels.

Lovely place to stay

Liked: The room was comfortable, modern, clean and well appointed. The beds were super nice & the pillows were great!
Disliked: Breakfast was not offered as listed in our reservation. We had to purchase separately at the hotel restaurant. It was delicious, but pricey. A voucher for breakfast would have been nice considering we paid for it with the booking.

Liked: Very clean hotel! Everything is new, crisp, clean. Loved the fresh baked cookie upon check in. Good value. Staff friendly! Also liked that I could stream music free on the TV.
Disliked: The hotel has a pool but no hot tub. There is no free breakfast included. It would be nice to have at least fresh hot coffee in the lobby.

Would recommend!

Liked: The warm welcome and the even warmer cookies! We also got to pick our room, never had that happen before.
Disliked: Probably the location-only because you want me to write something in here

Liked: It was clean and quiet. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. And every staff member that we came into contact with was super friendly and professional!
Disliked: Nothing!
