Liked: Late night Bar/Restaurant being open was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: Breakfast closed at 0900 - should be open later.

One of the nicest hotels...

Liked: Everything was very calming. The employees are very nice and were the great to talk with.
Disliked: That I had no time to use the pool

Liked: Great location and hotel aesthetics.
Disliked: Room wouldn’t cool to temperature set on thermostat. And air conditioning must have had dirty filters, multiple family members had allergic reactions

Disliked: We did not have hot water every evening

A good place to sleep...

Liked: This is a great airport hotel., no complaints about the hotel. I like the beds and I'm picky.
Disliked: The shuttle service isn't great, I've missed the shuttle several times because the driver zooms past other buses parked at the location he is suppose to stop at, doesn't stop, you don't see him, so you can't flag him down. If it's Winter, there is no colder place in Seattle than the wind tunnel that is the hotel/parking lot shuttle waiting area at SeaTac. The van doesn't stand out, so it is very easy to miss if you aren't checking every van that pulls in for a small sign in the front window.
