Beautiful hotel. Decor of the rooms were stylish. Service lovely. Highly recommend this hotel. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Disliked: Not having room service done regardless of me asking at 6:30am Saturday morning. At a conference all day and no service provided. Front desk, when asked, said I didn’t ask for it. Told him I saw the morning person write my number in log and yet, still said I didn’t ask for it because now…poof! It wasn’t there. Sadly disappointed. “Comped” me some snacks, I guess because…that felt appropriate? Anyway, it was a sufficient location albeit far from rest of areas we needed to be.

Liked: Room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly.
Disliked: Tile in the bathroom was coming up off the floor. Hot tub was not in working order not listed on the website. Was also weirdly foamy possibly from chemicals. Outlets next to the bed would not hold a plug they were so loose. Very noisy room was put across from the ice machine and could hear running water all night and the squeaky elevator. the fire pit was also not in working order.
