I would stay there again

Liked: Pool with towels, hot tub, clean & comfortable rooms, location, polite & friendly staff. Free parking. Secure lobby late nights
Disliked: Small parking lot, construction noise too early. Would have liked continental breakfast for the price.

Under construction and be careful...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and most of the staff was friendly and helpful except for the employee who bought us room service.
Disliked: The kitchen worker brought us the food and I paid for the food with cash. She did not seem to understand English. She kept pointing at the slip and wanted me to sign. I put my room number and signed my name but did not fill in any amounts because I had already paid her. The next morning on my bill there is a charge for the same amount of money that I gave her. The bill was for 31.07 and the charge was for 35.00. That is the exact amount I gave her which included a tip! Then she told her boss that she never received any cash. She lied!!! After making several phone calls I finally talked with a manager on Tuesday morning, her name was Brenda, and she apologized and stated she would remove this charge from my credit card. I thanked her and told her they needed to reprimand the employee. If she did this to us how many other guests are getting taken?

Liked: It was nice clean and comfortable but had to wait 2 hours for our room
Disliked: Staffing was very hate full and rude girls in the morning shift was rude

Disliked: Got stick in elevator. Door would not open. Someone came to help and got us out. Very scary for an 85 yr old lady Please make sure it’s fixed

Disappointing, expected better from this...

Liked: Location and the free cookies that were offered to guest.
Disliked: We had a balcony room but couldn’t enjoy it. The guest in the room next to us kept lighting up a joint and smoking it on the balcony. It is a smoke free establishment. The reason we chose the hotel since I have asthma and a sensitivity to smoke. We brought it up to the person at the desk and he said if it was prescribed to the person medically it was allowed. Later, we spoke to the manager and she said it’s not allowed and they would speak to the guest. Once again the guest lit up and the lady at the desk told us she would contact maintenance! This went on our entire stay and we were compensated one night out of three. Then to top it off they are doing remodeling which limited parking having 4-5 dumpsters taking up several parking stalls making it hard for guest to park.
