Liked: Proximity to town, clean and neat. Staff at the reception are very polite and respect clients.
Disliked: They charge even for drinking water, is it to much to ask for two small water bottles worth less than $1 a piece? No fridge provided in our room yet other rooms have while the microwave provided was not connected to power socket so I had to literally move the gadget to nearby socket to function.

Disliked: No bellman to help with luggage, I was travelling with a disabled person and had to do it all myself, I thought Hilton was better than that. The handicapped accessible ramps were not a help to one with a walker, it made for longer walking which was harder on her, doors and gates did not open with room key as we were told. There were not enough handicapped parking spaces and some of the spaces that were there were near the entrance to the building were reserved for your 'high points' customers. This was a large group that stayed at the hotel and we were still charged huge parking fees. Not to mention the fee held for incidentals. There was no mini fridge or microwave. We were stuck in a blow-up room meant for parties, not workshops, as we were told. And all the Hilton points were given to the Stitchin Heaven group when I know, we paid for the rooms and the food. My roommate and i were personally questioned her health because she had a leftover cough from spring allergies. I feel she was singled out by being asked about her health. The one thing I will say, is the catered food each day was wonderful and above most hotel capabilities. I don't see myself going to San Diego again, and I sure will will not pick a Hilton Hotel for any future travels.

I really liked this place....

Liked: this facility is amazing. It's clean, quiet and comfortable. It's also located within walking distance of a mall with multiple resturants.
Disliked: The lady who checked us in was not very helpful. She saw me standing in line for 10 minutes and just let me stand there. I got tired of waiting so I walked over and asked if she could check me in and she said yes. She saw the customer in the other line was having difficulty but she did not say anything. Instead she let the line of people checking in pike up. Other than that, this facility is amazing. It's clean, quiet and comfortable.
