I would like to let people know that they need to check under the beds, in the closets and in the drawers to make sure nobody has left them an unwanted surprise.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Housekeeping or someone got into our room and left their dirty underwear in the room - a man and woman's pair of underwear. Disgusting.

Liked: Front desk manager man with blonde hair was nice and cookies are always great.
Disliked: The hot tub is filthy and needs to be cleaned, it's literally yellow and the pool is blue. Disgusting! I was up super early to see if they cleaned it and they DO NOT. It should NOT BE YELLOW! It's full of urine...horrible. the rooms needs a major overhaul and remodel. The picture hanging in our bathroom was broken, the door handle in the bathroom was visibly loose and and bathtub stopper was missing. The cleaning ladies are in the hallway having very loud (personal conversations...laughing, etc.) That was disturbing. Even while guests were trying to have a conversation on their phone in the seating areas before getting on elevator, they stood there talking loud where we could not talk on our phones without their disruption. They had no customer service to talk lower around the guests. They were speaking in Spanish but im fluent and knew what they were saying, which was about other guests and personal stuff. Mainly, they were super loud! Unprofessional! I don't know what happened to this Doubletree because it was much nicer years ago. Won't be back!

Due to its central location...

Liked: Front staff was always very helpful and courteous. The room was nice. Enjoyed the bar/restaurant a couple of times; waitress was very courteous and the food and wine were good.
Disliked: Charging $33.00 per night for parking. Somewhat minor, the elevator in the parking garage was slow and ancient; at first, it didn't appear to be working, but we got used to it.

Decent but won’t be returning.

Liked: The rooms where dirty and so out dated. The pool area was dirty and there was so many spider webs and trash all over the property. The staff was excellent and made the trip!! 10/10 staff 3/10 for the property. 6.5/10 for the entire experience.
