Wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: Property was in a nice location. Looked newer. Hotel staff were friendly.
Disliked: Booked a king room only for them to give it to someone else after I waited 15 minutes to check in and this person just walked up. Elevators are very small. Had to listen to kids screaming all night. Housekeeping woke us up at 8am to try come clean the room. Lots of noise in the morning.

OK, but not happy with...

Liked: Very nice hotel, good location with easy access.
Disliked: When I tried to check in about an hour early I was told that I would have to wait until 3:00 PM and that my category of room meant that i could not check in early? I assume that is because I booked through Booking.com and not directly with the hotel website. My original booking through booking.com showed a charge $382.22, my credit card has been charged for $532.21. I did have an additional charge for three nights of parking which were quoted to me at $14 per day, but that does not add up to an extra $150 charge?

Liked: the property was clean & nice, easy access and the rooms are super roomy & nice. big tub!
Disliked: the parking is safe & secure with a gated parking.

Liked: Convenient location. Pleasantly surprised by how clean and nice hotel was at a good rate. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel power went out as we were getting up in the am. We had to get ready with no power, dark bathroom and had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs…lanterns in stairwell was appreciated.
