DoubleTree by Hilton San Antonio Airport

I was very disappointed in the room, we were there for the night only so when we got to the hotel the AC was not work well it was late so we didn't want to have anyone working on it at that time, we just wanted to sleep and we had a miserable time trying to get to sleep. I couldnt believe we had to pay you park either. Well only thing I was glad we were only staying for the night!

Disliked: AC was not working, carpet and walls looked old

Liked: Breakfast was very good
Disliked: The bathroom door didn't close right and was very loud when opening and closing. Our reservation was for double rooms and double beds for 4 adults and we only got 1 room. We didn't get enough towels. I didn't get the complimentary cookies like everyone else, I had to ask for them.

Nice facility but got stuck...

Liked: The location to the airport.
Disliked: My wife and I got placed in a handicap room. The bed was at best a double size bed. Two people trying to get any sleep on it was nearly impossible. If that ever happens again we will not stay there we will leave and find another place to stay.

Liked: Spent $600 plus on two different nights to not be allowed to take, takeout on the breakfast buffet for a single person and pay for it . When the buffet guy the day prior let me ! When he was questioned about it he got stupid and said we don't do to go breakfast from buffet .. Sorry I'm not one with a huge appetite that can down 10lbs. Of food. To top it off there wasn't one working or available charging port for my phone. 14th floor next to presidential suite!!! Your like still in the 20TH come on folks get with the times! Never will I book double tree again
