DoubleTree by Hilton San Antonio Airport

I was very disappointed in the room, we were there for the night only so when we got to the hotel the AC was not work well it was late so we didn't want to have anyone working on it at that time, we just wanted to sleep and we had a miserable time trying to get to sleep. I couldnt believe we had to pay you park either. Well only thing I was glad we were only staying for the night!

Liked: Great hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, I felt completely safe the entire trip even as a solo traveler. Staff answered all my questions and I did not encounter anything that needed maintenance

Disliked: I was charged multiple times without authorization! Also, the pool and lounge furniture was dirty and no towels for swimmers.
