Disliked: No hot water because of a prior gas leak which was being fixed and no notification that our reservation was being cancelled.

Disliked: THE POOL WAS DIRTY THERE WAS DUCKS IN THE POOL AND THERE WAS DUCK FECES BOTH INSIDE THE POOL AND OUTSIDE THE POOL

Horrible behavior from staff

Disliked: I didn’t like the service they over charged us after us being diamond members treated us horrible. Hotel needs maintenance still after all the renovations they did elevator stopped working for 2days. I wouldn’t recommend unless it’s your only option.
