Liked: The gentleman who was checking us into the hotel, who got it completely wrong and could not find our booking and said we should contact booking.com as it’s not his responsibility. Would you believe it, from UK to be told that! We did not know how to contact booking.com. We felt homeless!He eventually found our booking and gave us our room some long time later. Then he did not explain anything of how the laundry, parking , breakfast or anything.Then after that next morning I went to the counter for anything I needed and wow…. It all happened amazing well. Best staff (apart from that one chap who checked us in). So amazing that we were facilitated to the best and every requirement was met.The Bar staff are so cool and I had a great time. Also, the rooms are so clean and big and proper walk in showers…. It’s was exactly what they said they were offering.Location was amazing as it’s literally opposite the Arden Fair Mall..All in all I would advise anyone e to use this hotel and it’s the best! Thank you to the staff ( apart from the one who checked us in). Thank you and see you again!

Nice stay

Liked: We stayed overnight as our son was going to be sworn in the Navy. There were a lot of younger kids (military) but it was not bothersome at all! Nice stay!

Overall a good stay.

Liked: The location was very good. My family was only a few minutes away and we were close to restaurants. The room was nice and it was quiet.
Disliked: The fact that for the price of the room, breakfast was not included. I had to pay for breakfast.

Disliked: Bathroom does not have a air vent and air conditioning filter inlet was just outside bathroom, making number 2 smell throughout room
