Very good, location and front...

Liked: Front desk staff, very nice and welcomingAlso, we received breakfast for two mornings and due to the car parking system out of order, we received free parking
Disliked: Aircon was very up and down, hard to enjoy comfort of the air supply

Disappointed

Disliked: I didn’t like climbing stairs. In area they put me. I’m handicapped with a bad back. The breakfast dining room. You had to wait 35 mins to be seated. After being seated, it took another 30 mins to order, another 30 mins to get your food. The food was great. I was disappointed on this visit.

Superb

Liked: Clean great staff great location great service
Disliked: Elevators were entirely too slow. We had to use the stairs every time coming for two from our room and Maid service came in our room twice. Well do not disturb. Those are my only complaints.

Our stay was ok didn’t...

Liked: the lady at the front desk when we checked in was polite and respectful.
Disliked: The pillows had a dingy smell and i wasn’t told before hand I had to give a deposit of 150$! And pay 10$ for parking those may not make us go back again.
