Great location, interior but staff...

Liked: Clean, modern hotel in beautiful surroundings
Disliked: Wifi was not reliable. Even the TV connection was unstable due to the Wifi being unreliable. Also, the service was spotty. I would call the mainline for assistance and no one would pick up. Also when I arrived, no one was at the desk. The lady was on a phone call regarding a problem with the smoke alarm. And when I did get her attention she didn't seem very interested in helping.

Very unhappy about the stay.

Disliked: Shower handle fell off and was told it needed 2 hrs to be fixed. It was 9pm and the hotel was sold out, so we had to take shower at the public shower next to swimming pool. Very bad experience.

Disliked: I thought they still had the hot tub pool where the pool is, but they don't have it anymore. I went there hoping to take a dip, but they removed it.
