Liked: I loved the service. The grounds were beautiful. It is close to the city of Lancaster and centrally located to other activities in the area. The cookies at check-in were a nice touch.
Disliked: The rooms felt muggy and had a strong odor similar to dirty laundry and a locker room. We didn't have a window to the outside, which made the room feel claustrophobic.

Liked: Traveling for business. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Had dinner at the bistro and received the same phenomenal service. Thank you for a great experience.
