Liked: My son loved fishing in the pond.
Disliked: We really enjoyed our stay. We were very disappointed that you removed the hot tub. I wish you had a regular restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner specials

Liked: The room was great....and accommodations were amazing. 2 pools the gym and the snack room with free snacks....The welcome at check in was awesome...very friendly! Will definitely go back again and I would recommend them to friends and family

Liked: Room, hallways, and the rest of the hotel were very clean.
Disliked: No microwave. When I stay at hotels and I have leftovers from lunch or dinner I like to have a bit to eat later in the evening and I would like to have a microwave to heat my food up.

Disliked: Visiting from London UK. Double Tree resort by Hilton Lancaster, Pleasant hotel and well located in Lancaster PA with ample parking. We went to the nearby restaurants and used the pharmacy across the road. We also had a nice breakfast at the hotel. Driving distance to the Amish attractions. I also used the hotel pool. We had planned to play golf but were unable to on the Saturday. The staff at the reception were very helpful. We had great stay. Thank you!

Liked: The property is beautiful, and the room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean
Disliked: The person who checked me in was "proper" but not very friendly. Also, I was charged a $25 "facilities fee," which I resent because 1) I didn't use any facilities and 2) I felt like I was being fleeced.
