Cozy and convenient!

Liked: Location was near the freeway, clean, the rooms have balconies and of course the COOKIES!
Disliked: Toilet pressure was low. Had to hold the knob down when flushing.

Liked: The bar tender heard my friend and I talking about the lady at desk and how she made me feel belittled . She even accused me of blocking my card for payment of car storage , which I had a large withdrawal on that card earlier and I needed to use other $$,
Disliked: I chose this hotel due to car storage . no charge and shuttle , I tipped both ways However , when checking in , the lady at desk cut me off rudely and said no . I had to pay ., Very disappointed with her attitude . Your staff was 10 + , in finding a deal

Liked: Housekeeping was phenomenal! Beds were fluffy and comfy.
Disliked: Room was dated. Especially the carpet. I've stayed in some lower class hotels that have been overhauled and were beautiful. Parking was terrible, too. The lots were always full and you have to park a considerable ways away. Do better Hilton.
