Great location, great facilities and...

Liked: Staff responsive to customer. I had a concern about my TV not working. It was after midnight and the young lady at the desk was very accommodating. She gave me another room without hesitation. It was refreshing to experience great customer service.
Disliked: N/A

Basic, clean & comfortable local...

Liked: Comfortable bed, lots of natural light,good coffee in the room. Friendly staff. Generally quiet at night. Very clean.
Disliked: Limited TV channels. Mediocre food and limited choices, staff nice but uninformed about menu options. Asked about breakfast, they said it's buffet only. Then, on the last day, I found out they had a made to order omelette option.only since I overheard another guest ordering one. Wish I had known. Had a problem with the electronic room key. Was resolved but inconvenient experience.

Would definitely come again as...

Liked: Breakfast was okay but for $15 real eggs should be at least available
Disliked: Include breakfast in price. It was confusing online I thought I had already paid for it
