Lovely getaway!
Liked: The warm cookie on arrival was delicious, and all of the staff were friendly & always greeted us with a smile. We had a problem with our room & were moved promptly once I raised it with the front desk. Breakfast option was well worth it for us too. Food was great.
Disliked: Having to pay for car-parking. The view from our original room was awesome so we were a bit disappointed when we were moved from level 2 to level 1 because of something out of our control.

Uncomfortable beds and very small...
Liked: Our room had a great view of the remarkables.
Disliked: Very small room and very uncomfortable single beds. I expect the Hilton anywhere to have far better mattresses than that. Stayed five nights and having to put a security bond on my room of $500 is pathetic and even worse is they tell me that it gets put back on my credit card 10 to 15 days later. Depending on what bank I’m with. Absolutely ridiculous

Nice hotel, great breakfast and...
Liked: The staff always go above and beyond to help their guests- we have rarely seen this level of care given to guests by a hotel’s staff. We arrived at the property from our flight at 11am and even though it was too early to check in, because we had an infant, the hotel member went out of his way to reallocate us a free lakeside room so that we can relax. Same with the breakfast hotel staff, they were all so helpful and nice. The hotel room itself was very clean and breakfast was exceptional.
Disliked: The bed and couch were too soft, it would have been okay for a couple of nights but after four nights, it was uncomfortable.
