Great weather, great sleeping and...

Liked: Bed and pillows were amazing. View of lake was good. Shower was nice and hot and good shampoo/bath gel. Very clean and comfortable. Location was good for all things.
Disliked: Road by window had car noise. Couch was a small. Air conditioner struggled to turn on and off. Restaurant lacked food and coffee bar was not inviting. Hilton was better food wise. Did not have enough good desserts. Garage parking fees were high.

Amazing view and fabulous staff

Liked: The room and facilities were amazing. We stayed in a lake-view room for the first night here, and the view was fabulous: lake, roads, snowy mountains, all at a glance. The room was spacious, too.The friendly staff offered my wife some gifts and a kindly written birthday card. It is much appreciated.The team that day, and the manager (Vaibhav) deserve a raise and promotion!
Disliked: The only downside is that we found there was a small chunk of hair on the carpet, understandable as the vacuum sometimes left out and it was fine.

Great stay and would come...

Liked: We got a river view room still that day (though on a lower level). The check-in and check-out were smooth. Great rooms and facilities. I accidentally bled (nosebleeding) a few drops on the bed sheet, and the check-out staff cared about me warmly as I mentioned this to them when checking out.

Enjoyed stay, happy with room.
