Walking distance from the train...

Liked: Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating. 10-15 minute walk from train station. Eateries close by.
Disliked: I wish they had a coffee machine in the lobby. They will give you coffee at the restaurant; but for those on the go...Not really a complaint though.

Overall, a better than average...

Liked: The room was well appointed although the microwave oven in our room did not work. We were on the 9th floor facing north and the view was very good. We did discover a couple restaurants within walking distance that were moderately priced and very good: one a brewery/sports bar, one authentic Mexican cuisine. Parking is complementary in an adjacent parking garage.
Disliked: There were two elevators, but one was out of order which created some issues since we were there for a conference and there would be predictable surges in the need for the elevator. There is no breakfast offered at this facility.
