My stay at DoubleTree

Liked: My stay was great The only issue I had was the air conditioner wouldn't turn off blowing cold air in the room all night. I did address the issue to the staff and they awarded me extra points or something like that and it gave me advice on how to fix the issue. Other than that this day was awesome.

Liked: The staff was amazing,
Disliked: Elevator is broken only one works shuts on u and shuts door fast not safe with it like that can't take stares down, it stops on the fourth floor and then if you open it, the alarm will go off.

Superb

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable and pretty spacious, equipped with a coffee maker and a fridge, with a good supply of toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel is located close to the Metro-North train station.
Disliked: There was a pretty loud fan in the room. It didn't bother me but could be a nuisance for somebody else. I didn't receive the information about the deposit prior to the stay.
