Reasonable price. No charge for parking or internet. Very comfortable, clean, spacious room. Great shower. Free fridge and microwave. Friendly staff. Always love visiting Phoenix and Scottsdale (from Las Vegas).

Disliked: Would like to see Pay-per-view movies available.

Liked: Convenient location for our purposes
Disliked: One of the main reasons we selected this property for our stay was that it has a pool. When we arrived, we learned that the pool was closed for "maintenance" - looked like it was undergoing a major overhaul. The hotel provided no advanced notice and this was very disappointing. We would have chosen something else had we known the pool was not available. The hotel should have alerted us about this prior to our stay or offered some kind of discount.

Liked: It was clean, the staff was nice. The gym was also nice.
Disliked: Just a little older than other locations I’ve been to but it was clean. They should remove the wall texture and the popcorn ceilings to upgrade it it kinda felt like if I wasn’t in a double tree.the pool was also not filled.

Liked: This hotel stayeas awful and priceljne made it 1000 times worse
Disliked: Pool was closed, restaurant was dirty with an ice machine making a ton of noise. Room had black hair all over it and had to be switched rooms. Maid walked in room without knocking while I was changing.

Short but pleasant stay

Liked: Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Hotel is in a great location convenient for places to eat and go to for activities. Pet friendly! Safe.
Disliked: Didn’t help that the mirror in our room was not bolted on the wall in our room fell twice once on me once on my puppy. Also it’s a big hotel and only one elevator for the whole building

Liked: Convenient location with plenty of major chain restaurants within walking distance if you dont feel like eating at the restaurant in the hotel. My room was nice and clean. The cookies are a nice touch.
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable was hard kept tossing and turning all night. In-room coffee could use some improvement better brand. I couldnt enjoy the cookie I have a walnut allergy would be nice to offer a cookie without nuts.
