Disliked: I was familiar with the location, but I thought it would be an upscale hotel and it didn’t meet my expectations.No hair dryer for my wife.Noisey, right next to the freeway.Average room,No Kleenex.We ate breakfast elsewhere.

I liked about the place...

Liked: Good breakfast spread
Disliked: Adults could not relax in the Jacuzzi area because kids pretty much run the whole area, be nice if they had an adult area only so you don’t get hit with soccer balls.

Liked: Great location. Room was comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet sat too low. Would have liked an ice machine on the floor we were on.

Unfortunately, we will find another...

Liked: The property was conveniently located and the food options were good.
Disliked: The service was horrible. Twice we had to ask for towels. We ran out of toilet paper and when no one responded from housekeeping the front desk person we had to go downstairs and get it ourselves. We also called housekeeping to bring 2 pillows and they never showed up. The tv had no guide and very limited channels. There was no microwave. The bed was very uncomfortable. I have never rated a property before but we expected so much more.

great location and value, loved...

Liked: Loved the location, our room was huge and ready upon arrival. Very easy getting in and out of the hotel. Nice pool and hot tub area too.
Disliked: outside of the property need to be cleaned up. We have a service animal and while taking her out to potty, we found needles around the trees and the level of cleanliness outside of the property is not consistent with previous double tree stays.
