Would likely book a room again. However, even though I am from Philly I always enjoy a nice view. Thanks.

Liked: Friendly staff; shuttle service to concert.
Disliked: No snack vending machines on floor. Breakfast order incorrect. Not a great view of city.

Overall, the hotel stay was OK. When we arrived at the hotel AFTER check-in time, our room was not ready. We were compensated with free breakfat buffet passes. The hotel hallways and elevator were very humid and warm (but it was 101 degrees outside)

Very good

Liked: The room was neat.
Disliked: I only needed a place for 6 hrs less and was charged $285.00. I was told that I would get the $100.00 security returned to my credit card, but it has not been returned. There was no microwave and refrigerator in the room. I told the front desk I didn't need a king-size bed just for me.

It was a great place...

Liked: Last minute reservation due to flight cancellations. Very nice desk clerkK. Shuttle convenient from airport. Comfortable bed. Good free breakfast.
Disliked: Not sure about the price but it was very last minute.

Liked: Nothing about experience, I paid for hotel through booking.com then was charged another 642$ after I gave them confirmation code and left a day early. Paid for travel insurance and that was worthless as well
Disliked: I paid 462 for 2 nights in shit hole then was charged another 642 after I checked in. They fraudulently charged my card for a room that has already been paid for
