Would likely book a room again. However, even though I am from Philly I always enjoy a nice view. Thanks.

Liked: Friendly staff; shuttle service to concert.
Disliked: No snack vending machines on floor. Breakfast order incorrect. Not a great view of city.

Overall, the hotel stay was OK. When we arrived at the hotel AFTER check-in time, our room was not ready. We were compensated with free breakfat buffet passes. The hotel hallways and elevator were very humid and warm (but it was 101 degrees outside)

Disappointing

Liked: The room was dirty and the bathroom. There were no curtains that closed for nighttime we had to use a safety pin to close curtains
Disliked: The only place to eat was the sports bar and it was not clean

Cloudy green pool

Liked: It is close and easy to get to the airport
Disliked: I was traveling with my young daughter, and 2 grand children, it was there first time basicly leaving rural PA. One of the reasons I booked was because of the pool. I figured the kids can get some pool time in before we travel. When I seen the pool, it appeared dirty, and a cloudy green. So that was out. So we decided to go out to dinner, when we came down to the lobby, there was a man dressed as a women, or a women with a deep voice in the lobby, making a scene about one of the staff calling him/her (sir). Now, I understand that situation cannot be avoided, but I just mention it, to give you an idea about the visit to philadelphia.

Very good

Liked: Nice hotel, clean room, and easy to get to from the city.
Disliked: Paying for parking is a little confusing. I paid the $25 overnight fee but still had to pay again to get out of the parking lot. I was told to hit the call button, which I di,d and no one answered.
