Would likely book a room again. However, even though I am from Philly I always enjoy a nice view. Thanks.

Liked: Friendly staff; shuttle service to concert.
Disliked: No snack vending machines on floor. Breakfast order incorrect. Not a great view of city.

Overall, the hotel stay was OK. When we arrived at the hotel AFTER check-in time, our room was not ready. We were compensated with free breakfat buffet passes. The hotel hallways and elevator were very humid and warm (but it was 101 degrees outside)

A good value for a...

Liked: There were some problems with internet and non-working safe and these were addressed right away by staff.
Disliked: Had to wait about 30 min for the airport shuttle bus.

It served my purpose, but...

Liked: Excellent, buffet..scrambled eggs perfect, waffles were cold, bacon good, potatoes warm, service good
Disliked: Sports Bar for dinner. Hamburger / fries good first night and chicken sandwich good 2nd night. One server who was doing his best to keep up needed a busier at least. Every table each night was not bussed so had to sit at dirty table. In general, public space needed maintenance attention, grounds & driveway/parking lot full of litter. Curbing needed painting, trash bins need to be replaced

The weather made me miss...

Liked: Staff was wonderful, very professional and polite. Cookies were amazing.
Disliked: The room was not as clean as I would have wanted. Remote for TV looked like it had never been cleaned. Two Large wet spots on ceiling in bathroom where there were clearly large water leaks made me concerned that the ceiling would collapse in the bathroom.

Disliked: The air conditioner was not right because the wiring was a fire hazard it had split wires with little plastic plugs there was wire nuts and it was not safe

The hotel was average and...

Liked: The lobby was beautiful.
Disliked: The bed sheets appeared to be soiled. It made my daughter itchy. The shuttle which is supposed to run every 30 minutes, didn’t show up for 45, but by that time we had just gotten into an Uber because we were afraid to miss our flight.
