Liked: Staff were awesome, my job requires late hours and I asked about a later checkout time, not only did they extend my time, they did it for free!!! My co-worker that dropped me off and picked me up after checking out absolutely loves the free cookie.
Disliked: Some items on the buffet were over warmers, but I don't think they were on because after serving myself, then sitting down, my main plate of food was cold. Everything else was good

Disliked: Overcharged vs booking thru Hilton Honors, which I was unaware my assistant booked through booking.comNot hotels faultPlus I got NO points now days of stay as a Hilton Member.No reason to book through your site.

Clean and convenient to ski...

Liked: It was convenient to the ski resort
Disliked: Front desk called me at 11:30pm to discuss a charge!!!!

Comfortable accomodation and close to...

Liked: Location close to shuttle / free bus stop - very short walk and only 2 stops to mountain village area. Next to markets and food options.Staff were friendly - reception staff helpful. Bed was comfortable. Hotel amenities were well presented.
Disliked: Room was small with basic facilities. Room was not serviced daily. Booking included breakfast buffet and on one morning the restaurant staff could not be convinced that this was the case. It was quite uncomfortable as his voice was loud and the restaurant was full. I had to sort this with the reception staff who were helpful but the situation needn’t have happened especially as the first and last mornings were fine.

Disliked: The bar/restaurant has very short opening hours and closed very early.
