Liked: The room was spacious.
Disliked: Our arrival after 5 pm was met with excitement for our getaway, but unfortunately, our room wasn't quite ready. However, the staff sweetened the wait by offering us coupons to enjoy the bar while we waited. Thankfully, our room was soon prepared, but upon entering, we noticed the bathtub hadn't been cleaned (there was hair in the bathtub). A quick call to management led to a 30-minute wait for someone to come, which delayed our plans to freshen up. After they left and we finally took our shower, we realized there was no bath mat, leaving us to improvise with our towels on the floor.A trip to the reception resolved this issue, but the next day, by 5 pm, we were surprised to find that our room still hadn't been serviced. This lack of attention to cleanliness in key areas was disappointing. Additionally, we noticed there was only one chair at the table when we expected two, making it inconvenient for us to enjoy meals together in the room. To add to our concerns, we spotted significant traces of mold on the bottom cabinet fridge door, which was unsettling.Overall, while we appreciated certain gestures from the staff, these issues significantly impacted our experience and left us wishing for more attention to detail in maintaining the quality of the room.

Liked: The staff was amazing. Kaylin, Caeson, Mike , and all the morning staff was amazing. They were always very friendly and helpful. I loved the shuttle the grounds were beautiful and the location was perfect.
Disliked: My room wasn’t the cleanest. House keeping did not come and fix it after I said something about it. The pool could have been cleaned more often.

Disliked: Long wait for the room to be ready. Minimal lights in the room. Room located far from the rest of our party. Loud guests yelling/talking outside of our room at 1:30am. Uncomfortable beds. Not what I expected for the cost.

Gorgeous property with amazing staff...

Liked: Staff was amazing. Went above and beyond to solve problems and provide excellent service. Rooms were quiet.
Disliked: Property was large, so my room was far from the lobby, fitness center, restaurants and pools. Also, parking was not monitored, so I worried about my car.
