Disliked: My room was NOT clean, there were bugs in the rug and stains on the sheets as if they just made the bed with sheets from the previous guest SMH!

Liked: Absolutely beautiful hotel inside and out! I loved all the natural lighting in the lobby and the rooms were very spacious with the wood beam ceilings just beautiful! The pool so spacious and surrounded by beautiful landscaping! The front staff were incredibly nice and accommodating also has a resort shuttle available to take our family to dinner nearby! Lucy at Starbucks in the hotel was awesome!

A/C didn't work well. Bathtub...

Liked: Staff was helpful.
Disliked: The bathtub in the room was filthy, not something we wanted to step into. A/C was loud and ineffective.
