We found the stay disappointing

Liked: Very good location with excellent parking. Nice selection for breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was very stuffy with no air conditioning or fan. The windows only opened an inch, and so the room had no fresh air. On check in we were given keycards for the wrong suite and walked into a room already occupied by another couple. The phone in our room was not working so we had to return to reception to report issues. The bathroom was not very well cleaned when we arrived, the sofa bed was uncomfortable, as the mattress was very thin. The bar food was limited and expensive for what it was, although the portions were very generous. Soft drinks (water and orange juice) was very pricey.

Disliked: Problems with lift button very dangerous reported to front desk.. also the table's in the bar area not clean..went into the pool area for a swim the floor at the far end was very dirty..tried the steam room and ther was green mold all over the walls .
