Liked: The location was very good
Disliked: The room was not what I paid for. And was not clean enough, bathroom not clean. Breakfast was not good especially the mushrooms served for breakfast were very dry and the bacon was too chewy

Disliked: The room been dirty, the connecting rooms dont been ready for us, the pool isn't open all the time, don't have room service and the information of hotel is wrong.

Very good

Liked: Room good. No room service to order food even though advertised as such on website. Very big building and kept getting lost as signage not great. Had asked for oat milk in room and had a reply it would be but wasn't. Vegan food was produced when asked but took some time and not brilliant. Staff were very good and helpful though. As it was Easter I think they may have been a bit short staffed.
