Liked: The location and food were good. On the surface the hotel looked fancy and some of the staff were accommodating.
Disliked: The rooms were dated but were still clean. The spa was very disappointing. The pool was dirty, the spa was too hot, no cups for water, toilets in spa were dirty. I had a pregnancy massage which was the worst massage I have had. It was rushed, the therapist was rude and not accommodating and made the whole experience not relaxing. Very unprofessional and overpriced for what I received.

Liked: Drinks run out. Staff really young and didn’t care. Run out of ketchup. Run out of mayonnaise, forgot my food order. Bar service shockingly poor. Run out of coke run out of lemonade. Wow

Excellent service & facilities all...

Liked: Very clean & tidy from walking in to walking out, excellent facilities, nothing to much trouble
Disliked: Allowing young children on top floor, very noisy for the room below

Grate place to unwind.

Liked: It was nice, peaceful and clean . Staff were friendly and facilities were nice. Also had a pool table , kept kids entertained in case weather is not great.
Disliked: Not happy about the sofa beds. The mattress was terrible felt the springs. Never had a good night's sleep. Recommendation would be to use a mattress topper. The main double beds were comfortable.

Disliked: We were so disappointed, the room TV didn’t work very well, ordered room service from the limited menu to be told that a number of items had run out (it was 6.30pm!) then the hotel charged a £5 premium to deliver the room service to the room
