Liked: Very friendly staff, lovely setting & room was perfect with a very comfy bed, good facilities within the room love the coffee machine, Very impressed with the breakfast lots of choice including an amazing gluten free range Parking was plentiful The spa was ok I had a swim & sauna but it definitely needs a deep clean or update
Disliked: Nothing not to like it was perfect for what we wanted

Very convenient location and comfortable...

Liked: Room was spacious, twin beds were comfortable and shower was nice and powerful. Lounge Bar dinner was okay and breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Bit shabby around the edges - bathroom door blown at the base, stains on carpets, spa pool was clean but several of the tiles were missing.

Base for Oxford Visit.

Liked: Handy for visiting Oxford by using the nearby park & ride. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Room was upgraded- had huge bathroom!
Disliked: Room on 3rd floor - very hot. No aircon & small fan made little difference.

Not what I expect from...

Liked: Comfy bed, nice view
Disliked: Rubbish pillows, cold plates at breakfast, cold breakfast (full English), lack of available staff on reception (only one person to check in/out, no matter how big the queue got).
