Disliked: Mold on the A/C register; website said there was a hot tub and there wasn't. Pool was supposed to be heated it wasn't. Rude employees.

I would not come back to stay here ever again. Our room had a very bad smell. Really would like to know why the hotel thinks it's worth charging people $17.00 per day to park - they don't take responsibility for anything lost in any vehicles etc., so where do they get off charging that much to park on their own property. We pay enough for the rooms with the bad smells. I should also mention to everyone that there are train tracks right behind you, and noise from that every night.

This was a great experience. I would definitely go there again - 5 star treatment.

Awful

Disliked: The pool was dirty, lots of debris, trash in the water. Advised front desk, they never sent anyone to clean it up. The AC did not seem to function very efficiently it was hot in our room and then broke in the middle of the night. The whole hotel apparently went down. Even after they fixed it; it broke again. They did not advise that we had to pay for parking. It’s $35 a night. They took a $50 deposit and said they’d take our parking out of it. But then failed to tell us that we needed our room key to get out of the parking garage, so we ended up paying for the parking twice. As I was waiting for my husband to get a parking refund the valet attendant came over and was rude to us, trying to shuffle us out of where we parked, even though we were NOT interfering with anything/flow of traffic. He simply didn’t like that we chose to park where we parked because we did not use valet. But I’m not paying $70 to park. That’s ridiculous. Oh and you can’t get into the hotel from the parking garage without going all the way back down to the lobby. So if you’re on the 15th floor you would think you could park on 15, go into the hotel from the garage. NOPE! You gotta go back down to the lobby and then alllll the way back up to the 15th floor. Horrible design. Possibly due to safety reasons or something, but make it where you can’t get into the building without a key card.

Disliked: The shuttle was limited to where they could take and pick you up! They did not allow shuttle serve pickup from and to the airport. Not too many eating establishments close by Hotel.
