Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is 5 minutes from the Orlando Airort - perfect for travelers - and has a great shuttle service to/from the airport, which is another bonus. The rooms are clean, modern and well apportioned. The hotel has inhouse food service with a great menu.
Disliked: No

Very good

Liked: professional and very attentive staff....

Liked: I could hear every word and movement of the adjoining room next to me which were not part of my party.

Disliked: I booked two rooms at Orlando Doubletree through Booking.com for 3/24/2024. When I got to the hotel at 12:30 in the morning the clerk a Double tree said the reservation was only one room. Clearly the reservation states two rooms. As a result I had to go out and find another room at a different hotel in the middle of the night. As a consolation prize Doubletree gave me a warm cookie. Here is the deal, computers don't make mistakes people do. Clearly someone dropped the ball. I contacted Doubletree and they couldn't help me and said to contact Booking.com. What I want is my money back for that one room for that one night.

Disliked: I didnt care much for the breakfast and the wait time until I was served.
