Disliked: BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!!!! They charge you $16.00 to SELF PARK your car, that's right they charge you to park your car. Oh and if anything happens to your car you assume the liability! That makes no sense. But anyways, they have a breakfast buffet BUT adults and children alike pay $16.00. So your 4 year old that probably doesn't eat $16.00 worth of food will be paying adult prices. I saw many guests in common areas not wearing masks and the hotel staff was oblivious to this. I called the front desk from my room a few times and they do not answer quickly AT ALL, so your gonna wait for A-W-H-I-L-E for them to answer the phone. The pictures on the site DO NOT reflect what those rooms look like at all. The room smelt bad and the carpet looked like if it hadn't been cleaned in awhile! They place all these lysol stickers all over the place giving you the impression that they clean because of covid and everything but it is a facade because the bathtub had these yellow stains on the bottom of the tub and there were soap marks from whoever was there previously. Key points where you touch like light switches on lamps, desks etc. had dust so that to me means that, that wasn't cleaned let alone sanitized. Check out was at 12 and check-in is at 3 so I'm not sure how much cleaning and sanitizing can happen when you divide all the rooms a housekeeping person has to clean in that little time. The comforter on one of the beds had stains that looked like blood so I just threw it off the bed and slept with the flat sheets, those seemed to be clean. I thought since they were an affiliate of Hilton and Hilton has such a good reputation for cleanliness, hospitality, etc that it would be a great stay BUT NO WAY!!! Don't let the words BY HILTON fool you this place has much to be desired and for the price you pay it is NOT WORTH IT.
