The room had been just renovated and looked fantastic - up with the times and all necessary items checked. I will definitely consider to stay again.

Liked: Had a Laundry
Disliked: Front desk had no Quarters for change to operate the Laundry’s machines, very unimpressed, I picked your Hotel over less expensive in order to clean my laundry, no microwave in room, no restaurant open though in Webpage showing one onsite, no Courtesy Cart available in morning to move my belongings to my vehicle…oh and arriving at location to check in, was greeted with a sign that said essentially “we really don’t care enough about you our paying guest to have someone always there to greet and serve.

Liked: My experience at Lakeside has been amazing. The staff was able to accommodate me with my requests throughout my stay. I love coming to Lakeside Hotel, I I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
Disliked: There’s really nothing that I couldn’t think of think of that I didn’t like, staff has been amazing and very communicative. Everything is great on my end!
