Disliked: No refund for a sold out hotel. And rooms were not available that were booked

You deserve better

Liked: Bed was reasonably comfortable, towels and linens seemed clean, location was good.
Disliked: Room smelled (like sewer gas), HVAC didn't work, property generally pretty dingy. Only one attendant available to support check-in with LONG line, unbelievable wait time to check in. I would say the staff did not seem to understand that they are working in the hospitality industry.
