Great relaxing vacation!

Liked: Our room was fantastic- it was recently renovated- only complaint was the outlet in bathroom didn’t work but the location was perfect being right on beach and close to stores and restaurants. We especially liked the pool bar where they served delicious lunches and drinks, also the breakfast was very very good. Overall the property was nice but needed a little tlc and the food and drinks were a little pricey but we found that to be true of Miami Beach on the whole. Staff was very nice and we will return next year!

Not as bad as it...

Liked: Location, big room. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Not enough beach chairs, had 4 in group and only given 2 free and had to pay for 2 as well as umbrellas. Pool was extremely dirty, hot tubs didn’t work, restrooms by beach closed, beach was left dirty. Water leaking in closet, soaking clothing. Beds are not queen size.

HILTON needs to step it...

Liked: Beach area very clean, the boys were right there if umbrella needed fixing!!! Housekeeping was spot on!!! If we needed anything they were right there. Daily cleaning and made the whole room smell so clean!!! The view from our balcony was the best!!! Even got to see a couple get engaged!!! Every morning I would get up early and take a walk all the maintenance workers were out keeping the pool clean and all sidewalks and patio area clean!!! Drinks were good at outside bar!!! And different drinks each day offered!!!
Disliked: Hot tub out of order. Had a two bedroom suite but yet had to pay everyday for 2 more beach chairs family of 4 of us. Exhaust fan was not working in bathroom complained twice never fixed it. Water pressure would come and go. Maintenance looked at it but did nothing!! Air was out 24 hours one day. Was told would only be out for a few hours. Then next day went out again. Water leaking out of faucets in 2 of the bathrooms not fixed. Couldn't keep anything on top of counters. Floor just looked dirty in main bathroom. This is a Hilton should be up to better standards!!! Talking to other guests they were having same type of experiences. One had a leaking fridge with standing water not getting fixed.
