The staff was very rude...

Liked: The proximity to everything
Disliked: 1. The rude and nonchalant attitudes of the staff2. The price of breakfast for the quality3. There was extremely unpleasant odor on the third floor- smelled like dirty diapers

Liked: Room is very spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The price charged was a different price that was originally booked on Booking (this is not often the case) and hotel could not really explain the hotel difference. The staff wasn’t incredibly helpful or willing to figure out why there was a price difference. The hotel is pretty far out from downtown Charleston you have to plan travel time and there was no breakfast options available.
