Overpriced. Won’t stay again.
Liked: Proximity to airport, but not worth the negatives.
Disliked: Way over priced for condition of a clearly old decrepit hotel. Either tear the hotel down and build a new building or lower the price. Also, there was not a free breakfast which was upsetting given then $300/night charge.

Great 1st time Awful 2nd...
Liked: The location of the property is great!
Disliked: The hotel had a very unpleasant dirty smell to it. The staff were not friendly. We stayed at this hotel in February and had an amazing experience which is the main reason we decided to stay when we returned in March. However, the staff was very unpleasant from the time we check in. I had initially reserved 2 rooms with two different booking numbers. Things were changed and I need to add a night on the front end so I added a night through the hotel reservation line. When I arrived to check in I explained the situation to the person checking us in and he confirmed we would be able to stay in the same rooms and not have to check out and check in. So Thursday night everything was great for us. However when our other party checked in the lady that was dealing with them was very rude. Fast forward to Friday night/Saturday morning at about 1:30 in the morning our phone to the room rang. I was awoke out of my sleep and being questioned about how we got into the room. The person on the phone said she had already come up to the room and walked in and noticed we were all asleep. She proceeded to go downstairs and call the room. I don’t really know how the conversation went at 2:00 am in the morning because I was slightly awake, but she ended up charging my card for both my room and the room my brother was paying for. When we went downstairs to check on the payment and address the situation, she blamed the whole problem on me. There would have been an easier and safer way to handle this situation. 1. They could have only made the keys good for one night and then required us to come down and give us new cards. 2. They could have left notes under the two rooms doors asking us to stop by the desk and deactivated the keys. 3. When calling at that time she could have asked me to stop by the front desk first thing in the morning when I was awake. Entering a guests room at that time in the night/morning is not the safest thing to do.
