To have a Hilton name...

Liked: The only thing we liked was the location to an event we were attending
Disliked: Room was extremely tired , toilet wasn’t working on arrival and had to be fixedBed very uncomfortable Evening meal was below weatherspoon standard Breakfast was edible, but again quality of produce was poor

The room was too small,...

Liked: The staff are your biggest asset. Some are better than others! (Sorry do not remember names).As I am suffering with a left leg/foot injury my mobility is less than 100%, so your staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little cramped and again due to my leg issue it was awkward to take a shower. That said I did manage with no real issues.

Disliked: Hotel is a little tired and would benefit from a spruce up

Really convenient for the showground....

Liked: We went to retro festival at Newbury so the location was perfect!
Disliked: The taxis to the Showground were really expensive maybe a mini bus would be a good idea as there were lots of us. At a reasonable price that would be good for this weekend.

A perfect location for us...

Liked: An excellent location to stay , just off the motorway and ideal for driving 5 minutes to Newbury Showground.
Disliked: Not suitable to walk to Newbury Showground.
