Great stay, will definitely stay...

Liked: Really convenient location near the motorway. Very clean, smelt nice! Nice big tv’s in the rooms, soundproof rooms. Coffee and tea facilities and hairdryer in room, good shower. Lovely welcoming and helpful staff.

Where's my £60 refund

Liked: They cancelled my parking fine because I paid for parking automatically with room. By which time is paid a parking fine of £60. I am still waiting for a refund!!!
Disliked: Being fined for parking when is already paid for parking with the room

Disliked: The bed was not the most comfortable and was very squeaky. My husband did not sleep well. But for that price a bed is a bed ...

Easy, good location and good,...

Liked: Such good value for money. Leisure facilities were great and not too busy.
Disliked: Paying for parking, but perhaps this was in the details of the hotel and I didn't notice
