Wry good

Liked: Staff and pool
Disliked: Broken aircon.

Disappointing.

Liked: Close to Newbury Show Ground. Good size rooms. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: Toilet in room not working properly .Bedside light not working.Some signs of lack of maintenance in bathroom . Some basic drinks not available from the bar. Amaretto, Tia Maria, Malbec! Bar person very apologetic.

Ok but wouldn’t stop there...

Superb stay quieter than expected...

Liked: Staff on a late arrival past 11pm were friendly, professional & helpful. They carried our cases upstairs to room. And nothing too much trouble.

Noisy hot unclean

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Room was very noisy all night from the nearby roads and constant doors banging loudly, it was also very hot, bed was extremely uncomfortable you can feel all the springs and creaked very loudly with the minimum of movement.Room was not very clean, hair in the bathroom, worn out carpet, smelt fusty

Needs an elevator

Liked: The staff were nice. The room was big and clean. There’s iron and ironing board and there’s also a hair dryer. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: No elevator. It was so difficult to bring our large luggage up into our room and then down when we checked out.

Great day breakfast was fabulous...

Liked: Clean and convenient hotel with leisure centre.Great location just off the M4 so suited me for what I needed, easy to find.
Disliked: I really don’t like having to pay extra for the parking. I just wish they’d include it in the price.

Comfortable with a good breakfast

Liked: Breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I would have liked the option of mushrooms for breakfast and the mist important problem was the signage for the hotel. All the signposts were still showing the old name of the Hilton and not the Orids. It was very confusing and not easy to find.
