Liked: Good location
Disliked: I injured myself on a nail sticking out in the sauna and damaged my swim suit, the Jacuzzi wasn't working and the showers were filthy and smelly, most of the staff were not friendly

Superb

Liked: Hotel was very modern, not much to moan about at all. Room was spacious, bed cosy and clean( wish I could find pillows like that for home)!
Disliked: The toilet seat was a tad loose, not a problem though.!

Exceptional

Could be better.

Liked: The hotel was great. Easy to find, and a handy stop before our final destination.
Disliked: I didn't like the cracked hand basin in the room (144) this should be replaced before the room is let again.

Thought it would be a big upgrade from the premier Inn, it wasn't highly regrettable stay.

Disliked: Bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable, dinner was pushed on us bringing out main course even though starters were not finished. Price of a pint of beer 7 absolutely scandalous. Apart from one young waiter the other staff in the restaurant area were clueless and unprofessional
