Liked: How friendly all the staff was every time we see a staff member they would say hi
Disliked: There was some trash behind the trash can on the floor a stain on the one blanket

Best place to stay for...

Liked: Location, staff, cleanliness, rooms , lobby is exceptional
Disliked: The only thing I have to put is the elevators need to be serviced they do seem to be in need of greasing due to noise and sticking doors butEverything else makes that a minor concern, so all in all 10 for me

Perfect location for a show...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful, our suite was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect for walking to the Midland Theater and multiple restaurants.
