Disliked: That Hilton inn manager left his job to link up with Danielle at your facility to suck my daughter down the pipes of your swimming pool while she was enjoying the pool

Liked: Having an indoor pool
Disliked: Room was overpriced, needed maintenance , carpets needed shampooing, and the breakfast was very basic. We got tickets to go to the buffet at the restaurant that was in hotel. This is supposed to be a Hilton like top of the line. We stayed last month at a staybridge that had pull out couches and extra furniture to accommodate kids. We won’t stay there again if we can find somewhere else to stay.

Disappointing

Liked: I booked a room online what I thought was the hotels website directly but it apparently was made on booking.com. I had the confirmation number and confirmed email that the reservation was completed. I got to the hotel and they couldn’t find anything in the system for my reservation. So I had to email booking.com to cancel the original reservation and then had to get a room from the hotel directly. Finally got that handled and went to my room and the keys didn’t work and had to go back down to let them know and they got someone to come to check it out. Come to find out the batteries were dead on the reader. So I had to stand outside the room for 15 minutes, then he came back and couldn’t get the screw off , so had to go back down to the front desk and eventually get switched to a different room.
