Disliked: They only have 4 luggage carts and when we were ready to leave in the morning they were gone. W asked the clerks at the desk and he said people keep them in their rooms he looked 4 times during the night and couldn’t find any. Maybe they should have a sign by the carts do not keep in your room please return.

Nice rooms but need more...

Liked: The staff did everything they could to rectify the problem with calmness. It’s a beautiful place with large quiet rooms.
Disliked: The first room had not been properly cleaned with grease in the shower and bed looked like someone had sat on it. Also, as a single older woman traveling alone putting me in the very last room in the place that was down a long dark hall and next to the stairwell did not feel safe. The second room was clean but all the shower accessories were empty and no soap was left to wash hands. The desk was able to get a couple bars of soaps. The buffet was excellent. I rarely eat at hotel buffets but this was a treat.

I would stay here again.

Liked: It was clean and the staff was friendly!
Disliked: We had to move to a different room due to the toilet not working in the initial room. The second room the remote to the tv didn’t work at first but the staff quickly sent someone up to fix it.

Liked: Convenient on/off highway. Good nightlight in bathroom.
Disliked: More towels/washcloths in bathroom. Step or ledge for walk in shower (feet or sitting bench).Breakfast wasn't hot. Similar to other hotel breakfasts on this trip. Could try offering something unique as well as standards.
