We were very disappointed after...

Liked: We didn't eat breakfast there. The air conditioning was good
Disliked: There was only a partial roll of toilet paper and no extra roll. The beds were very sloppily made, even the dust ruffle was wadded up under mattress. So I went for toilet paper down to desk and also needed another towel. I was told that someone would bring towel and they did. We showed him the beds, he offered to remake fir us, but that was pointless. After he left we settled in and can't get on Wi-Fi. I called desk and they told me to come back down. For whatever reason, the name got changed in the system to K Hubert...so I got my phone online. I got back up to room, tried getting my sister's phone on Wi-Fi and it wouldn't work, I tried my kindle and it wouldn't work. We gave up and watched TV. Then the toilet seat was extremely loose and my handicapped sister almost fell. We were exhausted and didn't want anyone else coming to our room, so we used extreme caution. She already has to use a walker.

Disliked: Nothing wrong with property. Need bottled water but hotel was out in the snack section. Asked front desk if they had any bottled water. Receptionist said only water is available for Honor members. I look over and there are 6 packs of bottled water just sitting on the floor. Front desk wouldn’t sell to me but it for complimentary service only. This is garbage customer service. Should at least put packages of water away from customers sight if they are not for sell.

Liked: I don’t think I liked anything about this hotel. The whole property claims to be “smoke free” and our room reeked of cigarettes. The staff was responsive to this and thankfully there was a free room available that we could move too. The shower did not drain and the tub itself was SOOOOO dirty. Also they were dead insect carcasses everywhere, I love they environment too but please YALL pick up a broom.
Disliked: We stayed in April ‘25 and paid ~$200/night. The hotel was super dirty EVERYWHERE. I’m not sure what happened? I’ve stayed here before but it looks like they are taking their environmental policy way too seriously and have just stopped cleaning altogether!! Definitely not what I expect from a Double Tree. Breakfast was supremely-mid as well. Pool was also way too hot and had toilet paper floating around in the hot tub.
