Questionable value

Liked: Location
Disliked: Only 3 towels in room despite booking being for four. Shower gel & conditioner dispensers were both empty. Hot breakfast options were all cold in serving dishes at 0830.

Disliked: The city view rooms all have connecting doors, our next door neighbors with a small child sounded as if they were in our room, no soundproofing. After complaining we got another room the next day which was fine.

Disliked: Booked a room for 5 and they expected 3 people to sleep in one bed. They then charged us for a foldaway bed for the 3rd person. Spoke to management and they said there was nothing they could do.

Liked: Location is excellent. Staff was fabulous and very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Lighting could have been better and it would be better if the bathroom had a fan in it.

Liked: I loved the breakfast, there was a lot of options to choose from.My daughter loved the welcome cookies.The bathroom and rooms had all the amenities and necessities needed.The beds were so soft and comfy. My kids slept so peacefully.The location was central and easy to access other locations.I loved the fact that the hotel was connected to a huge underground mall and also easy access to the metro.Overall,it was a wonderful experience.
Disliked: Nothing.
