Liked: Some people are quite helpful while some other were quite straight forward.In customer service, people needs to be humble and should offer sma co operation, if needed.
Disliked: I left hotel at 6:00 am To catch my flight and at resturant request just a banana and I have been told that we haven't started till now.I am working as Director sales and marketing and if any of my buyer come to me with such a small request, it will never be turned down. Since I was in a hurry, so I left with a bit bad taste of people attitude at breakfast counter.

Liked: The location was excellent, though a little confusing to navigate for the first couple of days. (access to and from hotel is very unclear).
Disliked: The room was not as clean as it should have been (dust on tables, bathtub poorly cleaned, no soap in bathroom when we arrived). The pool didn't open until 2pm, which is super inconvenient, especially for kids. Housekeeping walked into my room when I had popped out to get coffee and my daughter was still in bed (at 9am). No Do Not Disturb signs to put on door. :(
