Passable

Pretty sad for a Hilton

Liked: Not much. House keeping was good
Disliked: 2 out of 4 elevators were broken, so most times waited 20 minutes for an elevator. Toilet paper was the cheap rough type. Noise from renovations was extremely loud. Snarky reception. No real glasses in room, nor coffee cups . Coffee paper cups so cheap that they leaked .

Good stay. Good amenities, nice...

Liked: Nice property. Very large. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for downtown.
Disliked: So many staying put a considerable load on the elevator system. Sometimes had to wait 15 minutes or more due to overcrowding.

Pricey, but great hotel

Liked: The curtains were great for blacking out light. The facilities were new. Location was good, it is in a mall, and closed to Chinatown, many options for food and convenient if need something. About 20 min waking to the port area, with kids.
Disliked: The breakfast charged separately, we only had it for one morning, and we arrived when it was almost over. Less food left. And I think the options were far less for the price and the hotel star. I would recommend eat breakfast somewhere else.

It offered a good selection and was enjoyable to start the day.**Staff:** The staff were friendly and helpful, doing their best to assist guests despite the busy environment.
Disliked: **Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was slow, with only one staff member available to assist guests. I had to wait about 15 minutes before it was my turn, which set a frustrating tone for my visit.**Elevator Issues:** Only two elevators were operational during my stay, leading to long waits of 5-10 minutes each time I needed to use them. This was particularly inconvenient.**Room Service:** The room service was also quite slow, taking longer than expected to respond to requests.**Room Condition:** Additionally, the washroom had noticeable damage, with the ceiling torn in two or three places, which detracted from the overall experience.

Liked: breakfast is so good.and stuff are friendly.
Disliked: we had to wait for the elevator more than fifteen minutes every time.unfortunately,other guests staying at same floor were so noisy and rude.

Overpriced for a basic room.

Disliked: No kettle, no glasses, cups, not a plate or a spoon anywhere. Bathroom supplies not replenished.

Liked: It was very central and places were walkable in most cases. Staff were very friendly!
Disliked: My room hadn’t been cleaned very well. I did speak to them about it and they were very apologetic and the towels got changed but the popcorn on the floor in bedroom had not been vacuumed or bathroom cleaned. Did not want to keep on as I wanted to enjoy my little holiday so I just made do!!
