Perfect stay again this year!
Liked: Located right beside the airport. Amazing staff! Great restaurant with amazing service! Great breakfast with friendly and accommodating staff. Our second stay and will be back again next year.

Great for an overnight stay
Liked: Great price, convenient location.
Disliked: I tried calling the restaurant to order up a meal since I had an early flight and was exhausted but they never answered so I had to dine in the restaurant which anyway resulted in delayed service. Go for the self service fridge instead for one minute noodles! Much cheaper.

Ok for an airport stay,...
Liked: Very close to the airport. It was clean and convenient for walking to food (under the freeway pathway)
Disliked: The rooms were extremely small and the pool was quite underwhelming compared to other Doubletrees.

Liked: Staff was professional, the pool enjoyable, and the restaurant excellent.
Disliked: The restaurant has a nice bar, but it doesn't open during the day.

Very nice location and shuttle...
Liked: The location is very nice and the shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There is no bell man to carry the luggage and also there is no storage for luggage .

Exceptional
Liked: The room was spacious and very clean. Location was perfect too, near the airport and not far from downtown and historic places.
Disliked: What I did not like was that when I first made my booking I was told that the room I first selected had no air condition and I would need to upgrade to get AC which I did and I was charged more. When I arrived at the hotel I told them that I upgraded to a room with AC and they said ALL their rooms have AC. I felt I was tricked by either the hotel or booking.com to pay more.
