Liked: The front desk was nice and helpful from the check in. The staff that helped with the reception was friendly for the most part. The staff was great.
Disliked: The bathroom was not clean. The staff left a roll of toilet paper that only had like 5 sheets left on the dispenser. There was full roll in the drawer. There was lots of soap scum on the shower doors. The couch looked horrible. The pillows could have been at least fluffed for a worn out couch. There was a rip in the cushion on the couch.

Disliked: Charging $14 for outdoor and insecure parking at a crap hotel like this is ridiculous. Bar staff tried to charge us $32 for a meal we didn’t order. This whole place feels like a scam setup

Disliked: Cleanliness not good; bedrooms straight out of the 79s or 80s and poor facilities; paint coming off wall by AC unit; could open one window completely so not safe if with children; overflow garage in basement doesn’t allow access to the hotel without walking up the ramp with all the cases; music band in atrium bar so loud on arrival that you could hear it blocks away and it was impossible to hear the receptionist; mix-up with payment which, although prepaid months ago with email to prove it, as not accepted by the hotel so I had to pay on arrival; coffee etc in room but no coffee maker.b.

Horrifying and unsanitary

Disliked: Construction began at 8 am and woke us up during our vacation, had to park in the parking deck below the hotel, that looked like an abandoned mall that the temp According to my car was 102 degrees ( no security and we were scared to park there, it cost us 14$ dollars a day to park there with signs up saying not responsible for damage or stolen property, very sketchy area, a lady that worked there said she would not park there.). There were no sanitary plastic liners in the garbage cans, so there was evidence of possible bodily fluids exposed to us in the bathroom (tampons,condums, and etc.) and common areas waste basket. We ruined $300 dollars worth of clothes because the door closer inside the door was gushing oil down it. The toilet paper holder was broken. The ac was not on a thermostat According to the booking details. It was a floor unit that only got the temp down to 73 degrees According to my thermometer that I purchased during my stay. My wife got bruises on her knees because of the corners of the bed. No coffee pods in the room so we had to go pay 3 plus dollars for coffee downstairs. The lobby and common area was very hot and humid, could not enjoy time at the bar. The only bright spot was the bartenders, they were very nice and on point. Over my 35 plus years of traveling for business and pleasure this is the worst place I have ever stayed. My staff and I will never stay here again even if we have to drive 15-20 miles away.
