Liked: Convenient to downtown, quiet, and comfortable.
Disliked: There was one person at check-in. In addition to checking in guests, answering questions, directing customers to locations in town, etc., she was a very busy person and thus a long line of new guests formed. Everyone got a room, but I would have expected a manager or other employee to assist.

Awful and inconvenient!
Liked: The location.
Disliked: When we arrived at the property, we checked into our room. That room had a foul odor and the door would not close. We were then moved to another room. After getting into that room, I noticed that the carpet near the air conditioner was extremely wet. I notified management. They indicated they were going to send someone up to check. A day later, no one had responded to the carpet issue. Management was notified again, still no response. Three days later after constant notification and the carpet continuing to get worse, someone finally came to check on the issue. I was told that this was an ongoing problem for that particular room. When asked for a discount on my stay, I was told that could not happen because the issue had not been logged in the system. Although, I have texted communication between myself and a member of the staff. After maintenance came to check on the air conditioner, the leak was worse and the unit made a horrible noise. It was the worse experience I have ever had at a Hilton hotel!
