Disappointed after so many stays...

Liked: Everything was very clean. Very professional front desk and housekeeping.
Disliked: The room we had was handicap accessible. That being said the bathtub was completely inaccessible. Once in the bathtub, it was a slippery and scary experience. The adjoining room occupants could be heard through the adjoining door as though they were in our room! Let us add that this was through no fault of their own it was the door itself that was the issue. The HVAC was very loud even set on low and kept us up all night. In the dawn hours, the HVAC blower by the window kept the black-out curtains constantly open because of the airflow. We have been coming here for years and are now considering other options for our holiday stays. Additionally, the price of this accommodation, was grossly overpriced- even the front desk host thought so. We could hear the elevator nearby as well as the ice machine when in use. Such an unusually horrible stay!
